About the role:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with a strong CMDB/ Service Mapping experience to support Xperi’s ServiceNow modules and ensure that accurate and reliable information about the configuration of services, and the CIs that support them, are available when and where it is needed. This includes information on how CIs are configured and the relationships between them. You will help to develop, test, and implement infrastructure code to assist the team in achieving their goals.
What you will get to do:
- Develop, deploy, and support all ServiceNow Modules, process and integrations using scripting, workflows, configuration, and integration hub.
- Design, deploy, and manage CMDB data management tools including Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
- Design and manage CMDB data integrations with other data sources using import sets, transform maps, API integrations, and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain CMDB governance processes, procedures, and policies and monitor CMDB health reports to drive continuous improvement of CMDB.
- Drive features and functionality on the IT Asset Management capability (ServiceNow) to enable the IT Asset Management Processes and show the value to continue to scale and mature the services.
- Create and maintain governance and support the interdependencies between ITAM (IT Asset Management), APM (Application Portfolio Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) across the Xperi’s ServiceNow platform.
- Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests and demands on ServiceNow modules and processes
- Lead the collection and analysis of requirements to develop technology strategies.
- Design, install, and maintain (upgrade/patch underlying infrastructure)
Who we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, knows the details of discovery, reporting, service mapping, CI relationships, Asset Management and attributes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent education/experience
- Five years of relevant experience including three years supporting enterprise-level platform installations
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant technologies, methods, or platforms
- Certified System Admin - ServiceNow Fundamentals
- Discovery Fundamentals
- ITIL 4 Certification

The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $90,116 - $115,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
